Along the journey, I provide snippets of instructions on how watercolour connects Mediums to Spirit more strongly and brings out their ability to stay within the power while working.

As each class develops differently, some activities may be adapted to support student progress and ensure course completion. Below is a sample of what a course includes; however, the full weekly breakdown will be emailed to students directly after their investment and place confirmation email has been sent.
COURSE 1 HAS ALREADY BEGUN + SOLD OUT + FOR LIVE GROUP TRAINING
You have until 10 October to book a private 1:1 masterclass training session with Anne-Marie to teach you the Course 1 foundational elements you need to progress in Course 2. This session can be booked to suit your personal timetable. Once completed, you can join Course 2 with the skills required to be able to follow along with the paintings at a significant pace. You may join Course 2 without completing Course 1; however, it will help you feel less out of place and reduce the struggle to understand the terminology taught in Course 1.

Learn essential techniques, including washes, water control, colour blending, brush pressure, and simple sketching, as you create expressive artwork step by step. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO JOIN THIS TIME - THERE ARE OPTIONS!
Option 1: If you are unable to attend the Course 1 dates due to date clashes if you're on another course, holiday, work, or time zone differences, you are welcome to arrange a Private 1:1 catch-up full session 3.5 hrs with me before OCTOBER 2026 in order to learn the necessary painting skills to join Course 2 in November. This will still enable you to receive the completion certificate should you also complete courses 2 and 3. There are limited spaces for private 1:1s.
Option 2: You may want to gain access to homestudy course 1, which provides some of the weekly recordings (teaching element only) and other revised lessons for clarity. You may build on your foundational skills as you explore ink-and-wash techniques for spirit guides, nature studies, and expressive spirit portraiture. Develop confidence in edge control, tonal contrast, loose line work, atmosphere, and combining pen with flowing watercolour.
Each VIP student will earn additional private group session time for personal feedback

An intermediate-level course to activate the inner artist by focusing on expressive portraiture, spirit animals, and intuitive painting techniques. Explore layering, glazing, mood, abstraction, colour harmony, and emotional storytelling as you develop your own artistic voice and style.
